NHS Acrylic Dentures
Southern Dental Laboratories use Yamahachi teeth for all NHS denture fabrication. Yamahachi's acrylic resin teeth have high resistance to wear and tear, outstanding anti-discoloration properties and exceptional hardness for acrylic teeth. In addition they are very re alistic and aesthetically pleasing.
We use pink veined acrylic to give a realistic and natural aesthetic.
Private Acrylic Dentures
Prices are exclusive of private acrylic teeth. Nature teeth will be used unless other manufacturers are requested and if requested, will require additional quotation. Natura teeth are created with skillful shading, internal mamelon features and naturally occurring opalescence and fluorescence. Natura teeth are more wear resistant than standard PMMA teeth and are exceptionally strong and durable.

Gum contouring and veined effect acrylic is included in all private denture fabrication to deliver a more natural appearance. All partial dentures will be fitted and delivered on duplicate models.

Private Plus Acrylic Dentures
Southern Dental Laboratories use Diamond D Ultra Impact resistant acrylic for Private Plus denture fabrication, providing a superior bond with the teeth and excellent flexural and impact strength. Partial dentures will be fitted and delivered on duplicate models. Gingival Colour Toning is also included for more natural aesthetics.
Premier Plus dentures are delivered in a leak-proof box with a mirror and brush for caring for the dentures. Photos of the client (with teeth clearly visible) are requested for the best aesthetic results.

Natura denture teeth are normally used for Private Plus denture fabrication and are included in our pricing. Addition teeth brands, for example Enigma, are available on request but at an increased cost.
Enigma denture teeth are considered the most aesthetically pleasing teeth on the market. Enigma offers advanced computer technology to achieve precise control of the multiple colour layers and uniform polymerization, making them some of the most natural looking teeth available.
